Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://kmddl.meteo.go.ke:8081/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.1st_Order_WHO/.admin1_name/gid+exch/dods')
